I sent a new ad but my old ad still on display

Oh Really!!...If you send a new file to replace your current ad, please allow 48hrs as processing time may be slow due to the high volume of ads. We send out email alerts to inform advertisers of any changes made to their ad or subscription. Chances are, your request is still under review and is pending an update or changes are scheduled to take effect few hours later. Another factor could be, your new ad is pending or under review, got rejected due to content. We do not publish offensive content or any ad deemed offensive after review. Be that the case, Ananse will contact you by email or the phone number we have on file for your account to advise. 

If you have already submitted a ticket regarding this issue, please check your email inbox / spam / junk mail for our response. If this is you 3rd ticket about the same issue, kindly accept our sincere apology, and contact our call center to escalate. Again we are sorry!
