I do not see my ad on the screen, why?

Sorry to hear that. Our policy is to start every ad as quickly as possible, according to the start date you picked along with payment. We do not schedule any ad until payment has be received. If you have already made payment, please send us your ad immediately by going to our main website www.anansemedia.ca
Another possibility is, your ad got suspended due to non-payment. Every out-standing balance is given a 1 (1) week "GRACE PERIOD" after the official due date. Ad (s) will remain suspended until the out-standing balance including a re-instatement fee of $49.99 CAD. Failure to pay the balance + fees will terminate your subscription and any remaining number of days left.
